Experience Required: 8-12 Years

Location– Mumbai (Work from Office)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling grievances and escalations from Market participants i.e. Stock bokers, DPs,
  mutual funds and Investors
• Preparation of compliance reports and grievances reports as per SEBI requirements
• Preparation of MIS, addhoc reports as per management requirements
• Handling of internal, external and regulatory process audit and performing audit of
  vendor activities
• Monitoring of call centre/help desk team and handling escalations
• Managing quality check KYC verification team
• Training to market participants, internal teams in case of any changes to SEBI
  regulations and process changes
• Liaise with financial institutions for enabling seamless integration with the platform and
  addressing their queries
• Coordination between the various stakeholders for various developments and
  ensuring seamless implementation
• Generation of invoices, payment advices, invoice payment tracking and recovery of
  dues
