• Lead the development of moderately complex software products as a Tech Lead.
• Review and approve team members’ estimates, designs, code, and test cases.

• Design cloud-based architectures that are scalable, highly available, and performant.
• Deliver minimum viable products in weeks, not months.
• Collaborate directly with leadership and customer teams.
• Learn from industry veterans to influence design and architectural decisions.

Required Skills:

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, and AWS.
• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a team lead role, demonstrating ownership in software implementation.
• Team Collaboration: Experience in building and motivating geographically distributed teams.
• Business Acumen: Ability to develop and achieve operational business metrics across diverse industries, including healthcare, retail, automotive, and more.
