Job Description
1. Developing strategies and strong professional network for new client acquisition (B2B sales)
2. Researching and identifying new business opportunities using different channels such as emails, phone calls, LinkedIn, etc.)
3. Interacting with talent acquisition/recruitment heads, HR heads, and other CXO level people
4. Conducting market research/developing insights to identify new prospects
5. Managing sales process from opportunity identification to closure
6. Managing social media channels for increasing the digital presence
7. Creating and publishing the social media content
Education – MBA / Post Graduate in Sales / Marketing
Desired candidate –
- Should have 5+ years of experience in Services Sales preferably in IT Staffing/ Recruitment (Perm, RPO, Contract) or IT Services Sales / SAAS Sales or any B2B Services Sales
- Experience in lead generation & client acquisition through new age digital marketing and by leveraging social networking will be an added advantage
- Extensive experience in bringing new clients/Business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
